What is a “non-diet”?

All diets take something out, which causes the body to crave what is missing, the 8020 non-diet focuses on putting the good in. which will negate the need or room for the bad.  Applying the 80/20 rule, you’ll treat your body great by eating the right kinds of food 80% of the time.  Your body will be able to handle the 20%.

About Ray Parchinski, founder of Inside Out Nutrition and Uno Fitness.
Ray received his training to practice Health Counseling at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. The only school to integrate all dietary theories, it combines the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts. Ray believes that education is the key ingredient to success. I will teach you about how food directly affects your body and how you can change (and LOVE) what you eat. Ray gives guidance in finding the foods and lifestyle choices that best support you. He will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
