No calorie counting. No points. Learn to love food AND be healthy.

New Schedule: Weight Loss Nutrition Program – only $5 a week per person! Includes a weekly weigh-in and monthly measurements. Starts Monday, February 20th.

Monday: 10:15am-11:00am

Tuesday: 6:00pm-6:45pm

Wednesday: 9:00am-9:45am

Thursday: 4:15pm-5:00pm

Friday: 10:15am-11:00am

What is a “non-diet”?

All diets take something out, which causes the body to crave what is missing, the 8020 non-diet focuses on putting the good in. which will negate the need or room for the bad. Applying the 80/20 rule, you’ll treat your body great by eating the right kinds of food 80% of the time. Your body will be able to handle the 20%.

Why is the 80/20 program different?

Education is the key to success. Learn a lifestyle filled with real food for real people. We will help you love food, and not feel guilty about it. Our goal is for you to have optimal health in which weight loss is the natural by-product of proper nutrition and life balance.

Workouts should be focused on a weight-based program three times a week, every other day.

Doing this type of exercise will result in toned muscles, better bone density, and you will be metabolizing your body.

Something else to keep in mind… when you are doing cardio (treadmill, elliptical, etc) you are burning fat only when you are in your target heart rate zone. When you incorporate a weight-based program, you are burning fat 24/7. For those of you with busy schedules (isn’t that everyone??), that sounds ideal doesn’t it??

The next time you eat, ask yourself the question: Am I eating a whole food or processed food?

Not sure the difference?

Whole foods come from the ground. They are easily digested and eliminated in your body. Processed foods (non-foods) are usually boxed and full of preservatives and sugar, which are causing obesity and chronic diseases.

Choose REAL food for your body. You will notice a major difference in the way you feel, look, think, and live.

Ok, sounds like something we need to be doing, right? Maintaining life = good.

Ray Parchinski, founder of Uno Fitness and nutritional expert behind the 80/20 non-diet, says the key to maintaining a HEALTHY life is to metabolize your body using exercise and food.

Exercise

Focus on a weight-based program three days a week. For those of you that have a hard time finding time to go to the gym, try thinking about it this way: There are 168 hours in the week. Exercise three times a week for one hour, that’s a total of 3 hours. Which leaves you with 165 hours. Puts it into perspective doesn’t it?

Food

Eat three meals a day with lunch being your LARGEST meal and dinner being your SMALLEST meal. Don’t snack and be sure to eat dinner before 7pm.

But with all the different body types out there, how do you know HOW MUCH water to drink?

Well, first of all… did you know that our bodies are 75% water and our brains function on 80% water?

And second of all… did you know that water promotes weight loss?

Fitness and nutrition expert, Ray Parchinski (80/20 Non-Diet founder) says that “you should drink one-half to two-thirds your body weight in ounces each day.” (ex: A person who weighs 150lb. should drink 75-100oz. of water per day.)

Also, as soon as you wake up drink 8-16oz. of water. This will rehydrate your body and help flush out the toxins that the body processes during sleep. And just think, it’s that much less water you have to drink the rest of the day.
