The next time you eat, ask yourself the question: Am I eating a whole food or processed food?

Whole foods come from the ground. They are easily digested and eliminated in your body. Processed foods (non-foods) are usually boxed and full of preservatives and sugar, which are causing obesity and chronic diseases.

Choose REAL food for your body. You will notice a major difference in the way you feel, look, think, and live.
